Remote Assistant Services + Pricing

Put the right work in the right hands.

The goal isn't to “get a VA.” It's to identify the work your business should stop leaving on the founder's plate, define the role that should own it, and find the right person to take responsibility for it.

The Swink Group offers seven specialized Remote Assistant roles with structured placement and VA Success Setup™ built in.

What This Service Actually Is

The goal is not more people. The goal is clearer ownership.

Most founders don't need “a VA.” They need specific work to stop living on their plate. So we don't start with the person. We start with the role.

A capable Remote Assistant is not interchangeable with every other Remote Assistant. Communication, judgment, experience, systems knowledge, ownership, and workload all matter. The wrong hire can cost considerably more than having no hire at all.

  1. Role
    01

    Define the Role

What work needs to move, what ownership looks like, and what success requires.

  2. Fit
    02

    Find the Fit

Source and evaluate candidates against the actual role, not a generic VA label.

  3. Setup
    03

    VA Success Setup™

Build expectations, responsibilities, communication, and the operating foundation.

  4. Ownership
    04

    Capacity Back

Work has an owner. The founder gets room to operate where they matter most.

The work doesn't disappear. It gets a better owner.

Seven Specialized Roles

Seven places the work can finally go.

Start with the area creating the most drag, then explore the role designed to own it. Select a role to see what it can own and where its pricing starts.

Why “Starting At”

We don't start with the rate. We start with the role.

Four inputs shape the role-specific investment. We'd rather spend time getting the role right than sell you something that doesn't solve the problem.

  1. 01

    Role & Skill Level

Administrative support, client success, operations, bookkeeping, CRM, marketing, and technology roles require different levels of experience, judgment, and specialized capability.

  2. 02

    Weekly Capacity

The amount of work matters. Some businesses need roughly 20 hours of weekly support. Others need a full-time role with approximately 40 hours of dedicated capacity.

  3. 03

    Scope & Complexity

A role handling a handful of repeatable tasks is different from one coordinating projects, managing client touchpoints, maintaining workflows, and owning multiple operational responsibilities.

  4. 04

    Systems & Tool Depth

Businesses using complex CRMs, automations, accounting platforms, project-management systems, or specialized software need someone with the technical fluency to work confidently inside that environment.

The Real Cost

Some business costs never send you an invoice.

A Remote Assistant has a visible monthly price. The cost of leaving important work without a clear owner is harder to see. Invisible doesn't mean free.

The first question is, “Can I afford support?” The better question: what is the current setup already costing?

Unrecorded Operating ExpenseAmount

Missed Follow-Up

Leads cool off, appointments never happen, and potential revenue quietly disappears because nobody consistently owns the next step.

Untracked
Client Experience Friction

Slow responses, missed touchpoints, inconsistent onboarding, and preventable delays quietly reduce trust, retention, and referrals.

Untracked
Founder Time

Administrative work, inboxes, scheduling, coordination, and repeatable tasks consume hours that could be spent selling, leading, building, or making decisions.

Untracked
System Drift

CRMs get stale, workflows break, data becomes unreliable, and expensive tools slowly stop helping because nobody clearly owns the upkeep.

Total DueEvery Week

Hiring is not automatically the answer. Sometimes the real problem is process, priorities, systems, or unclear ownership. But when recurring work genuinely needs a dedicated owner, the question becomes whether moving that work creates more capacity than the investment consumes.

How We Determine the Right Role

Four decisions come before the first candidate.

The starting rates are published. The Strategy Call exists to determine whether a Remote Assistant is actually the right answer, which role fits, and how much capacity the business needs.

  1. 01

Is this actually a people problem?

We look at the bottleneck, workload, process, systems, priorities, and existing ownership before assuming another person is automatically the solution.

DecisionHire, redesign the work, or fix something else first.

  2. 02

What should the role actually own?

We define the recurring responsibilities, decision boundaries, expected outcomes, required experience, and whether the work calls for part-time or full-time capacity.

DecisionRole, scope, skill level, and capacity.

  3. 03

Who actually fits that operating environment?

Candidate fit goes beyond a résumé. Communication, judgment, systems familiarity, work style, and the responsibilities of the role all matter.

DecisionWhich candidate is actually suited to the role.

  4. 04

Is the business ready for Day One?

Once the placement is confirmed, VA Success Setup™ prepares the role, communication, workflows, access, expectations, and early priorities before launch.

DecisionLaunch with structure instead of improvising.

The Placement Journey

Twelve steps, four phases. Role → Fit → Setup → Ownership. The person comes after the role makes sense — and the work isn't finished when the Remote Assistant starts.

Start Timing

Timing depends on the role, candidate availability, client responsiveness, and the complexity of the search. We'll give you a realistic picture on the Strategy Call.

Speed matters. Getting the role wrong matters more.

VA Success Setup™ · Included With Every Placement

Don't just start the VA. Launch the role.

Finding the right person matters. What happens immediately after placement matters just as much. VA Success Setup™ builds the operating environment the Remote Assistant is stepping into: defined ownership, the right work transferred, clear operating rules, and a stronger first 30 days.

  1. 01 · Before Day One

    Role Clarity

Define what the Remote Assistant owns, what they support, where their authority begins and ends, and what successful performance looks like.

    Clear ownership before work begins.

  2. 02 · Work Transfer

    Delegation Mapping

Identify the recurring tasks, responsibilities, and operational load that should move from the founder or team first.

    Highest-impact work moves first.

  3. 03 · Operating Rules

    Communication & Workflow Setup

Establish reporting rhythm, communication expectations, escalation paths, workflows, tools, and the systems the role works inside.

    Fewer assumptions. Better handoffs.

  4. 04 · Day One

    Structured Launch

The Remote Assistant starts with context, priorities, access, expectations, and a defined operating lane instead of receiving a random pile of tasks.

Start with structure — not chaos.

  5. 05 · First 30 Days

    30-Day Success Plan & Checkpoints

Establish rhythm, transfer responsibility, identify friction, reinforce expectations, and adjust before small issues become expensive ones.

    Build traction before adding more.

  6. Day 30

    Clear ownership established.

The Remote Assistant understands what they own, how they work, and what success looks like.

Built Into the Placement

Not optional. Not a separate onboarding upsell.

  • 01

    Screened Talent

Candidates are assessed before being presented for consideration.

  • 02

    Role-Specific Matching

Selection is based on the actual role, responsibilities, and working environment.

  • 03

    Workflow Alignment

The role is integrated into the processes and systems the business already uses.

  • 04

    Placement Support

TSG remains available for placement-related guidance as the working relationship develops.

  • 05

    Re-Matching Support

Applicable replacement or re-matching support is handled according to the Placement Agreement.

Most Remote Assistant relationships don't fall apart because the person is incapable. They fall apart because the business never created clarity, ownership, or a workable operating rhythm.

Don't hand someone a login and hope for the best. Give the role a real launch.

Common Questions

The stuff you probably want answered before signing anything.

Pricing, billing, flexibility, commitment, and placement fit should not require digging through fine print just to understand the basics.

Because TSG is not trying to compete with the lowest-cost marketplaces. The engagement includes role-specific matching, screened talent, VA Success Setup™, and placement support. The goal is a person who can become useful inside the operation, not simply the cheapest available pair of hands.

They're where each role starts. The listed amounts are starting-at monthly prices, not fixed package rates. Your exact investment is established after the role, workload, scope, and systems involved are understood.

No. Billing is handled through The Swink Group. That keeps the commercial relationship, invoicing, and placement support centralized rather than creating several separate relationships for the client to manage.

The applicable engagement term is stated in your Placement Agreement. Operationally, a new Remote Assistant usually needs enough time to move through onboarding, calibration, delegation, and real workflow integration. The relationship typically becomes more valuable as familiarity and ownership increase.

Potentially, yes. Support needs change as businesses grow. A part-time role may eventually require full-time capacity, or the underlying responsibilities may evolve. TSG can reassess the workload and determine what structure makes sense next.

We address the placement rather than leaving you to restart the search by yourself. Applicable replacement or re-matching support is provided according to the terms of your Placement Agreement. The goal is to preserve what was learned from the first match and make the next decision stronger.

One Last Thing

You don't need to know which VA you need. You just need to know what you're tired of carrying.

Bring us the workload, the bottleneck, the follow-up that keeps getting missed, or the shit that somehow keeps landing back on your desk. We'll help determine whether it needs a person, which role fits, and how much capacity actually makes sense.

On Your Plate

  • The client work
  • The operational shit nobody owns

Start With the Problem

Bring the mess. We'll figure out the role.

This isn't a call where we're going to shove the most expensive option at you. We'll look at what's happening, what needs an owner, and whether one of our seven Remote Assistant roles is actually the right solution.

  • Identify the work that needs a real owner
  • Determine the right role and capacity — if any
