SMS messages from The Swink Group are sent through GoHighLevel, a business communications platform. Messages may be sent from a dedicated business number or a registered short code associated with our account. Message sender will be identified as The Swink Group.

2. Types of Messages We Send

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from The Swink Group, you may receive:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders for scheduled Strategy Calls or meetings
• Follow-up messages related to your inquiry or service engagement
• Onboarding communications during your VA Success Setup™ process
• Service updates, billing notifications, and operational communications related to your active engagement
• Occasional informational messages about The Swink Group services that may be relevant to your business

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from The Swink Group by:

• Providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms
• Booking a Strategy Call through our scheduling system and providing consent during that process
• Replying YES or START to an initial outreach message from our team

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications from The Swink Group at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out has been processed and no further messages will be sent.

You may also contact us directly at [email protected] to request removal from our SMS list. Please note that opting out of SMS messages will not affect other forms of communication, such as email, related to your active service engagement.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your engagement status with The Swink Group. Prospective clients may receive occasional follow-up messages. Active clients may receive more frequent operational communications. We are mindful of your time and will not send excessive or unnecessary messages.

6. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Swink Group is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier in connection with SMS messages you receive from us. Please contact your carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.

8. Privacy of SMS Data

Your mobile phone number and SMS communication history are treated as personal information under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
