That's what Step 2 is for. Most of our clients come to us without a clear picture of what to hand off. We've done this enough times to know the patterns — we'll help you figure it out quickly and confidently.
The VA Success Setup™ takes about 2–3 hours of your time spread across roughly one week. We do the heavy lifting — you make the decisions. It's designed to be efficient, not burdensome.
We work inside whatever tools you're already using — Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Calendly, and most major CRMs. If you use a specific tool, we confirm compatibility during your match and build it into the setup.
We handle it — fast. If something isn't working, whether it's communication, skill set, or workflow, we address it directly. In cases where a re-match is needed, we manage that process and run a targeted setup for the new placement. You're not on your own.
